Angela Draws, CPT, NASM, TPI

Angie received her diploma through The National Personal Training Institute of Sacramento. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a background in Anatomy, Physiology, Program Design, Group and Individual Training, as well as Posture and Movement Analysis.
She is certified in TRX suspension strap training. She enjoys working with kids and teaching group classes.
Through her own journey of recovery, she discovered not only the physical benefits of fitness, but the
mental and spiritual benefits as well. Motivating and inspiring others to improve their quality of life and
providing opportunities for those to find wellness through fitness has become her passion.

Marysol Campos, CPT

Marysol is a NASM and NCPT certified personal trainer. She has been working in the personal training field for 4 years with individuals of an array of backgrounds and goals. Marysol is finishing up her education with a concentration in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation in older adults in Kinesiology along with Gerontology at California State University of Sacramento. Marysol's mission is to help people grow, not only physically but most importantly, mentally; as she helps them adapt a mindset that will not accept failure. She is currently also working on her Pilates and Barre certifications.

Brandon Ferrante, CPT

Brandon has worked in the field of personal training for the past 7 years with high level sports performance athletes as well as rehabilitation and general fitness clients.He is graduating from California State University Sacramento in the fall of 2017 with a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Clinical Exercise & Rehabilitation. Brandon's goals are to use the most modern information in exercise physiology and exercise medicine to create the best results for each and every person who comes to him for help.
