Angie received her diploma through The National Personal Training Institute of Sacramento. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a background in Anatomy, Physiology, Program Design, Group and Individual Training, as well as Posture and Movement Analysis. She is certified in TRX suspension strap training. She enjoys working with kids and teaching group classes.
Through her own journey of recovery, she discovered not only the physical benefits of fitness, but the mental and spiritual benefits as well. Motivating and inspiring others to improve their quality of life and providing opportunities
for those to find wellness through fitness has become her passion.
